A:lf it have stock, small order can accept .Small order MOQ is 3000pcs.

Q2:One packet how many pcs?

A:Different size have different packing, and if you have other requirement we can according to your request.

Q3:Sample free or cost?

A:Our sample is free,you just need to pay the delivery cost.

Q4:Any option of the payment?

A:Yes, you can pay by Paypal,Western Union or Credit Card.

Q5:How about the delivery time?

A:lf it have stock 3-5 days can send the goods .If no stock,we will confirm the delivery time according to theproduct quantity and detail size.

About size

Manual measurement, it will be slightly deviated in different batches, pls subject to the physical object.

About quantity

After receiving the goods, please check or weigh them before using them. If you have any questions, please contact us in time. We can't be responsible for the lack of quantity after use.

About delivery

Please send the goods by regular express to avoid damage. Before receiving the goods, please check the integrity of the cartons. If there is any damage, our factory will assist logistics company to compensate the customers.

About plating

Our factory uses the normal salt spray tester to test the anti-rust effect. Different test methods will have different anti-rust time.It will be slightly deviated.

Clip opening and closing

Generally, the clip opening and closing is intact, but it does not rule out that individual clip opening and closing are not completely aligned, can not be regarded as quality problems, not within the scope of returns.

About scraping

Because our factory is fully automatic production, production speed.Individual stationery clip surface may have very small scratches, this is normal situation.
